  • Represented technology company as Issuer in the sale of Preferred Stock in a $15,000,000 equity raise.

  • Represented investors (venture funds, individuals and corporate strategic investors) and private companies in over fifty venture financing transactions. Such transactions each valued between $1,000,000 and $35,000,000, consisted of common stock issuances, preferred stock issuances, bridge financings (with or without warrants attached), ‘pay to play' rounds and down round financings.
  • Represented a major media company in its acquisition of an internet company in a deal valued at approximately $25 million.
  • Represented a privately held multimedia company in its sale to a U.S. listed public company in a transaction valued at over $35,000,000.
